On Friday, November 10, we spent 5 hours driving to Austin arriving and checking into our hotel at 7:15 p.m.

The next day, we watched a parade explored the sites on Congress Avenue.

Touring the Governor's House and visiting a book festival were some of the events we encountered on Sunday. We also enjoyed a river walk seeing a musicians statue and had lunch at a seafood resturaunt.

On to the LBJ Library, parousing the central market and visiting a food store were on our list the following afternoon.

Tuesday, I started getting sick so we took a break and rested.

Finally, on November 15, we left Austin at around 9:30 a.m. arriving home at approximately 1:45 p.m.
